I have seen all the Criminal Minds season finales
But the ending two episodes for Season 4 are by far the creepiest and the most disturbed I have ever been watching this show. I don’t know what or how this is it must have something to do with how this guy gets ride of the bodies. It’s just so gross. I don’t know why I am still watching this. I can’t stop. It’s like a drug to me.

You know it's annoying when someone you know
has a blackberry and does this  sends multiple texts one right after another like instant messaging  sends me 7 pages of messages.  So fun for me to receive.

Tomorrow
I am so excited for tomorrow. Sometime during the day I am going the gym with Paige then coming home to recover and relax, till I go to Broadways for Nachos with Katelyn which hasn’t happened in FOREVER. Then back to the gym for a yoga class thats absolutely amazing. I love it.  I am excited. It’s going to be a good day.
